just bought my first car a 2009 Lexus ES 350 it has 170,000 miles on it and it runs great but when I start my car up in the morning it makes a loud grinding noise coming from the engine bay everything I found online says it’s the VVTI system should I be worried or just leave it alone

If it goes away right away you could live with it for a while but eventually it would need fixing and that is not a cheap fix
