I purchased a new 2021 Mazda cx5 Turbo from Gunther Mazda in Fort Lauderdale. I have taken it to them twice for their “complimentary oil changes” The first time they put in the wrong oil they corrected it. Went back for my next scheduled maintenance and they did it again even after brining it to their attention. Mistakes happen but not twice. Please let others know about this shady dealership. Sure wish I had a Scotty down here to take my car to. See my invoice with the wrong oil used in the link. They put in OW20 and it even says on the cape only use SAE 5W30

Thank you to make maters worse, I also wanted a tire rotations. I marked my tires ABCD and when I got it back they did not do the cross rotation as per the manual. Lesson learned nothing is free except maybe your mothers love.
