Has Scotty tested the FOXWELL NT510 scanner? I'm interested in this product, but am torn between purchasing

You can buy such a scanner, send it to Scotty for testing it, and he will mention bad and good things of it in his videos.
For what I got, this is his method of reviewing tools/cars a.s.o.
