Hello Scotty, I hope you are doing well. I was wondering how long in your opinion it would take for the 3rd gen Lexus IS 350 price to go down, knowing the 2022 4th gen just came out?
Since they hold their value I was wondering if to buy the 2nd gen or the 3rd gen from 2015. I have been eyeballing them for a while now. They look pretty nice and as I hear are pretty reliable. What do you think? Any thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated .

Both are great get whichever one you can get a deal on. Scotty hates the front facia of the third gen so he's biast I personally like it but the second gen also had a weak interior that would crack and melt if you are in a hot region keep that in mind.
It depends on your budget too. Don't buy a 3rd gen with a $10,000 budget you won't get a good one.
The second generation would be better for the amount of life left compared to the amount you pay.
By the second generation if you can find a good one with not too many miles
