Hey I just recently took a road trip about 4 hours and I might have been pushing my 03 Infiniti too had that smoke started to come out of the engine I pulled over to let it cool. My AC is working fine and I’ve never had problems with her on the road maybe it was because I was driving too fast? What should I do? Also it has 87k miles on it I’m currently at my friends house and the coolent is at fill line. Am I good to go back. If so how should I drive.

could use more info on the smoke. Did it smell like anti-freeze? Oil? can you tell where it was coming from? Can't remember, is there a temp gauge on that model? was it in the range you usually see it?
Was there any sound of gurgling like water boiling when you stopped?
Have you changed your thermostat recently?
Is coolant cloudy?
