Toyota corolla 1.4 vvti

I recently bought a Toyota corolla 2002 with the 1.4 vvti engine. I did not buy it from a dealer. It has around 100k miles on it with a manual transmission. I checked it with a OBD scanner and it was fine and ran smooth. Im wondering if there is something I should be worried about or be cautious about in the future. Thanks before hand!

Sounds like you got a great car! Just be sure to take care of it and give it the proper maintenance. One thing a lot of car makers recommend is a 100k mile maintenance it varies from car to car so just check online for what Toyota recommends for their 100k mile maintenance for Corollas and other wise you should be good to go! Excellent purchase.

Check to see if it burns oil or not. If so, make sure to add oil to avoid engine problems.

Besides that issue, they are very good cars.
