Should I buy this Infinity

Just watched Scotty's video about a 2005 Infinity SUV from three years ago. What does he think about a 2013 EX37 with 110k miles? It's a 6cyl, rear wheel drive made in Japan. Are they worth considering? It's had regular dealer servicing since 2017. Wants $14.5 for it.

VIN JN1BJ0HPXDM430059

Thanks.

Did you check Scotty's video reviews at the bottom of the main page?

Yes, but the specific model hasn't been covered. Wasn't sure if it made much of a difference between them. I was wondering about repair costs as well as quality of the build.

Nissan have problems with their FWD automatic transmissions but not RWD. However, do understand that Infinitis can get expensive to fix as they age. Some of their parts aren’t interchangeable with other Nissan cars so parts prices get expensive.

I have seen other vids about the model on YT. Everyone seems to like this car, but they really didn't talk about repair costs. That's the problem, I don't want to get something that will cost money in fixes, I need something quality, but most of the better ones are out of my price range. I could probably buy a new Corolla, but wife wants bigger car because we were hit a few years ago and she's scared of smaller cars.

As they age they become endless money pits, but if you’re only planning on keeping it for 5 years/50k miles it should be ok. As for pricing see if you can knock a grand or two off.

Thanks, BtHK. No, it's my last, or next to the last purchase. I'd keep it until it's paid off.

just be prepared for potentially expensive repairs later down the line. or get rid of it when it gets too expensive
