Hey I lost my car in an accident and im looking for another car

I saw this car and it seems to be a decent deal, i know its a Mercedes but it drove well and its low mileage, im also looking at Honda/Acura since i really loved my old car and it was a honda accord. The one weird thing with this car was that it was originally listed at 18k ish but then when we go it was changed to 20k just looking for opinions and yes im german so im biased to our cars lol

It's fine to be bias, most people are. That said. Pros: you got a benz, people be thinking you have higher class/status, and the car when it does work will drive like a boat on wheels. Cons: maintenance cost for these cars are horrendous because of said premium. And being the V6 is a little underpowered for my taste. The car was probably listed at 18 but tax and license will add that 2k. If not they are trying to upsell you and won't be worth. Also also it's a good thing to check up on the recalls as almost all benz models at some point had AC issues with mold... I forget which models since I left the benz shops a while back. But yeah.

You’ll be much better off with a 7yr old Acura/Lexus than with a 7yr old Merc, which will be ready to turn into an endless money pit, very shortly.

If you were in Germany, sure it might’ve been a good idea. But in the US, they’re notorious for being high maintenance vehicles, as they age.

I'd look an ES350 before I even get near an E-class.

I would not buy that vehicle - especially out of warranty it will become a money pit.  Instead, I would stick to your other plan which is looking at the Honda/Acura.  What are you looking for in your next vehicle?

I'm just trying to find a nice high end car 20k or under i like Honda/Acura but the new Hondas are meh especially the 1.5 versions i haven't been able to find a 17 accord touring in my area, i do would prefer v6, and i cant look at Toyotas i hate looking at them its a good car but i want some different

Just take your time and find avHonda/Acura that you like! Spare yourself affliction a MB of any model will impose on you, … enough said.
