Hey Scotty love the channel first off. I have a 06 Lexus gs430 that has overheated once when I drove the car in sports mode. The coolant will boil within the reservoir but driving in regular drive mode it’s fine no issues. The reservoir had coolant but no the radiator once I had taken off the cap. Could it had been just low on coolant or could it be a further issue?

Well I'd replace the radiator cap and watch it if it doesn't do it again then it didn't hurt anything. If it did do my video how to fix an overheating car Scotty
