Hi. I used Steel seal. It seems to stop the internal leak but is still running a bit rough. I have misfire on cylinder #6. I changed oil and plugs. Should i keep driving car or take it to a repair shop?

There should be no expectation of Steal Seal working well, or at all, for any length of time on a blown head gasket. It is a temporary bandaid at the very best that can also clog up your cooling system.
The only long-term fix for a blown head gasket is to replace it, and check the cylinder head for cracks and warping.
