How to fix this 2005 Mini Cooper?

Hi I was working on my buddies 2005 mini Cooper s and I told him to disconnect the terminals from the battery and he did not and I think he shorted the positive cable but we put it all back together and the car won't start and now he has a few code ...

2005 mini Cooper s milage is 98k  the codes are

(0B positive terminals isolation 1) 

5E19

CAN data fault from DME/DDE(DSC lamp on as long as error)

Well minis have weak electronics systems to begin with and when he shorted it out all bets are off. To check every fuse and fusible linkage wire and price on my blown. But for my experience you probably fried the main computer and other modules realize that little car has scores of separate computer modules and any of them could have been destroyed
