2014 Camry Rear Main Seal Leak

Hi Scotty,

My 2014 Toyota Camry developed a rear main seal leak after I had it serviced. The car has 204000kms on it. The only different thing which I had done this service was using an engine oil flush.

Could the flush actually cleaned out the sludge which was holding the rear main seal in first place? Also should I try one of those liquid which rejuvenate seals?

I am very skeptical to use any additives since this leak started.

Thanks
Tanmay

You should not have had the engine oil flush because many times the cost of chemicals are in the flush and they destroy things. If your steel is indeed leaking my advice is use at-205 reseal. I've been using it for decades and it does nothing except rejuvenate rubber seals
