The Holden Barina was not sold in North America, at least not under that name. However it is basically a rebadged Daewoo Kalos that was sold here as the Chevrolet Aveo. There are likely detail differences in the models sold in different markets.

In any event that car is nearly 2 decades old and is not particularly known for longevity. (Mileage, as asked for in the posting instructions, was not provided.) You need to examine all of your front-end and braking components (including wheel bearings and drive axles) for worn parts.
