So there's this high pitch noise when I rev the engine about 4000RPM and above. This just comes out when I just replaced my IACV. What could be the problem. Thanks.

For a h9gh pitched sound I'd look for a small air intake leak in the plumbing, gasketing, etc. of the new air intake control valve (or possibly a defect in the IACV you put in).

Recheck the sealing surfaces are clean and gasket get any thing on it or get damaged during the install.
