[Solved] Highlander Purchase

Just bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum, 3.5L V6 DOHC 24V, 6-Speed Automatic, FWD, 90K (Nov 20), Manufacturing Plant - Indiana.  Check it out throughly.  Showed the dealer the front was repainters.  Found it with my fingers on a front seam (as you have shown), all the body lines and gaps are perfect.  It was in a front end collision (CarFax, Dec 18), but after an hour of looking could not find any signs of damage.  Just a lot of new replaced parts, including the left head of the engine, possibly the hole engine (it looked that clean)(the head had a Toyota manufacture sticker on it).  Have alignment sheet showing perfect alignment.  No OBDII codes and everything works.  After spending 2 hours with the car before negotiating with the dealer, I purchased the car, because it was in like new condition.  It was a great deal (Original MSRP $44,140, purchased for $20,999). The only distractor was that someone cleaned all the dash screens with a chemical that left them hazy.  You could not clean it off.  Yet with some elbow grease and plastic polish, it look like new now. Did I make a good choice, buying a car that was in an accident?  I'm expecting to keep this car for a long time.  Robin Scott (59) Ohio.  p.s. Have a 2003 Suburban 2500, 6.0L, Auto , 4WD, 4WS, with 190K and still going strong. Just replaced the Headlight assembly's, looks great too.  Good suggestion. Thanks.

Of course only time will tell but the fact that it is a Toyota had on it shows they probably did pretty good work

If you think it's good, fine, move on.

Don't worry about what anyone else thinks, especially some stranger on a computer network.
