You say the civics from that time are great so the Accords in manual are great aswell? It's a Europe related question.

Yes the automatic transmissions are weak..the V6 with the automatic transmission were the worst and would blow up the transmission. However, the manual transmissions are great...simple and reliable. JUST FYI, I had a 2007 with the 6 CD Changer and the CD changer was kown for breaking..which mine did and it would wear out the battery. Mine had the HVAC and Radio in one unit so it wasn't easy to go aftermarket. Other than that, they are really good cars..Mine had about 155K miles and it drove like a new car. I did end up trading it in for something bigger and with AWD, a 2007 Volvo XC70.
