Hi all- I have a 2010 Element EX with 266k on it. Noticed, this winter, a backfire when cold starting.
It's just a slight popping noise, barely noticeable. When the outside air temperature is warmer than
40d Farenheit, the popping goes away. I have no intention of fixing it until the weather cools down, just looking
for some direction when I get into it.
