Hello Scotty,
I Have a 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring model.
I've been averaging 18-19 mpg but sometimes it's as low as 16 or as high as 23.
What mileage should I be getting ?

Well, the EPA says you should be getting 19 combined (or 17 city / 24 highway). And we also know real world mpg is usually less than EPA’s, so if you are getting anywhere near EPA consider yourself lucky.
