How should a vehicle (Lexus) be stored for 3 months in Jun-Jul-Aug. Worried that the garage temp may get to be over 100 degrees. Disconnect battery? what about tires? Fluids?

3 months isn't all that long. You might want to disconnect the battery to keep it from going flat or, alternatively, if you don't want all the electronics and settings to be reset use a battery maintainer. (Assuming the garage has electricity available.) A full tank of fresh fuel with gas stabilizer added would be best. Ethanol-laced gasoline can start degrading in a few weeks.
Temperature should not be a problem. The vehicle would experience hot summer temperatures even in regular use.
