I live in texas and I will be selling my motorcycle to someone who will fly here to texas from Arizona to buy it and will be driving it back. My question how to I go about title transfer and liability release and other stuff that I need to do.

Wouldn't it be kind of the responsibility of the person selling the bike to sort this out? Different states have all sorts of requirements, temp tags, inspections, etc.
Don't let the guy leave without signing the title on the back or your license plate on the bike.

someone on here suggested writing the time/date on the bill of sale, maybe have it notarized too
