Hi Scotty and All,
Is there anyway Scotty can do a video on how to read live data and what the data mean? I know its super general but thought I ask.
I did a quick search first before asking this question on this forum so my apologies if I missed it and it already exists.
I was wondering if there is a good place you would recommend for DIYers to learn what they are reading when they see live data information (I found good information about short and long term fuel trims within this forums and link they recommended) but wanted to see if there are any other items to keep your eye out if you don't have one of those fancy devices that Scotty has that changes colors if the data point is not within the threshold.
I have a blue driver.
Thanks

It's a lot to cover in one video, or even 10 videos. And you can't just learn how to operate a diagnostic tool.
When it comes down to to it, "how to read live data?" actually means "how do engines work?"
You first need some mechanical background to understand what the live data represents and how it's important to an engine or vehicle. Once you learn that, you'll know what to look for with a scan tool when diagnosing problems.
