Hyundai Accent Smoke from tailpipe when engine is engaged to the transmission on downhill only

I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent with 210k miles (automatic), recently while doing some work on it upon starting it up noticed some smoke from the tailpipe, immediately shut it off and checked fluids, low on oil so i added some. now it runs fine on uphill on a straight or wherever but if i keep the car in drive while going downhill the engine revs to about 4k rpms and at the bottom of the hill when i press the gas some smoke will come out of the tailpipe. other than that no other issues, any help would be great thanks

Edit: The car does burn about a quart of oil every thousand miles or so but i change it regularly, it runs currently, i check the oil once or twice a week and it doesnt have any coolant mixed into it. the car shifts fine no slipping or jerky shifting.

What's the smoke color?

On another note, do you use the brake while going down the hill?

white smoke, isnt a whole lot of smoke like a blown headgasket. I do use the brakes yes
