My car is from 2010, petrol , 1.2 liter, about 41000 km, classic, made India, Kappa engine G4LA, 57kw,PBT.No codes, never.I drive especially in town and short trips about 22 km to work and back home every day.Once at 2-3 months make 40 kms to my country side. Whats bother me is vibration between 800 and 1000 rpms when idle and of course when I go for a stop and needle travels over theese rpms.I feel the vibe in my whole car and when I have the door open I see the vibration clear. Mention that when I accelerate over theese rpms vibration dissappear and the same under, at idle with no consumers.But if I turn the lights on and rise load, the vibration come again. Car start at first, everything fine, I think.Please help!The throttle body is normal mechanical but with motor control IAC valve wich never cleaned before.Thanks Scotty and good health for you and family!
To check for a Warner broken motor or transmission mounts they will often do that at certain RPMs
I checked the transmission mounts, no problems.Let me explain more clear: WHen idle, I put my hand on the motor and feel vibrations.When I mannualy revv the engine the vibrations remains but not so hard.But I feel engine struggle.Normally it was very smooth when I bought the car and feels no vibration at all (in the car).I mentioned that this car ,,feels" every little rock, bumped road etc. very ,,hard" in the chassie.It's made as it.I change the oil yearly, change spark plug, filters (not the fuel filter in the tank).I change the battery and I do not relearn idle procedure because I don't know the procedure for this car.Battery was 45Ah and I put 52Ah because cannot find proper dimensions either.I diagnose with torque app and it said I have no misfire but when I charge the battery with charger for one hour something strange happening: The car struggle to start and check engine blinking. I pushed the accelerator pedal to help and finnaly start and lights off.I check for trouble codes and was nothing.Scotty, please don't be mad of me because lot of information, but I am afraid to do something wrong to my car.The dealer is very expensive, they take my car for longer investigations and charge me a lot of money even for small interventions like ac fill and changing oil.So, based upon your vaste knowledge and information database, please give me the reason for this engine vibration.Please if you need more info tell me here and I replay fast.Thank you and God bless!
