I bought a chevy cruze and now i found that it has blown head gasket issue before that i ended up changing thermostat i am not financially able to afford the head gasket fix. It is overheating blowing colent from reserbar tank and i am also able to ...

Tell me what I should do to solve the problem

I mean in 100k miles of regular use the transmission should go out 2 3 times and head gasket issues should be a common thing just like oil changes. I feel bad for you it is practically worth nothing so if you could get 3 4 grand trading it in then I WOULD.

hey bud sorry about your problem there. what year is your chevy cruze? you may still be able to pull up some kind of service manual and replace the gasket yourself. The gaskets themselves only run about 50usd, it's the labor that gets you. A 100% well done job will involve some machine work on the head to get it flat and true but you may have it with some sandpaper machining. these kind of jimmy fixes can get you by for a couple years. im assuming you bought the car used from some lot maybe 2011 or so
