Transmission slips after dealer service

I bought a 2018 RAV4 in 1/7/21 at 51110. I had a trans service (drain and fill) at 64158(4/7/2022). About a few months I noticed a weird shift while cruising. I took it too the closest dealer to check it out (not the one that did the service) to diagnose the issue at 85493(3/30/2024). Was told that the transmission was overfilled but no damage then recommended a transmission flush. Just a few days later driving it to work the transmission slipped a couple of times. So I took it back to the deal that flush the transmission. I was told that the transmission is worn and need a new transmission. At 85884 (4/13/24) now called customer service on April 3 April 4 and April 13 2024 also April 19 ask if anyone will call me back for a solution for the situation. Today 86811(5/6/2024) no one has called me back like I was told on the call multiple times. Hopefully anyone here could help me.

This is why most of us here recommend never having a transmission power flushed. Unless you've managed to put hundreds of thousands of miles on that thing there's no way the transmission should be "worn out" in a 6-year-old RAV4.

You might want to get a diagnosis from a good independent transmission shop. Dealers will almost never admit to screwing up and will fight tooth and nail to avoid paying for any damage they've done. That one is already trying to rip you off for a new transmission.

Thanks for the advice. I spent 600 on Toyota's "excellent" service to not fix the problem. I just have to look for a transmission now
