[Solved] I want to buy a 2nd generation Nissan X Trail with standard transmission.

I currently use a 2006 Honda CR-V, but it has a few cosmetic problems, such as

- clear coat peeling off

- seats are damaged

- cannot seem to find the driver side sun visor from the wreckers

- some interior button labels are fading away

It has a little throttle hesitancy too but overall it's doing its job. However I really want a 2nd generation Nissan X Trail purely because the way it looks. It has a better looking interior and I find the shape of exterior to be very nice. (I like boxy SUVs)

My question is how reliable would these Nissan cars be? I am willing to learn manual to avoid the CVT problems. What should I look at when buying pre-owned X Trails?

Modern Nissan's are not reliable I would not purchase one you're used to Honda reliability you be going from a nice comfortable hot tub into boiling lobster water

If you're buying something purely on the way it looks ,you're making a big mistake.
