Going to look at a bare block 350 on Friday for the start of a 383 stroker build. Been looking for that well seasoned L48 2 bolt main for my foundation. I can't seem to find the engine stamping information on the web for identification to verify that it's a L48 . Anyone know the serial number sequence or have a link to the information?
Looking forward to this long project with our middle daughter, and it's eventually going to go in her car. ( which if anyone has a cancer free 68-70 Tempest sitting around, please speak up )

Unfortunately my data system doesn't include that try some good engine rebuilders though
