2014 honda civic lx 1.8L have 180000 miles. Was changing spark plugs I noticed that only one the ignition coil smells gas . Do I need to change the ignition coil ?

Well if your ignition coil smells of gas I'm assuming you're talking about way deep down when you pull it out and smell it that would mean that you have a problem in that particular cylinder not necessarily the coil but if you were curious swap that coil with another coil and if the smell follows replace the coil if not there's something wrong in the engine not the coil itself
