Hey Scotty. I have a 2002 Infiniti QX4 that goes into 4wd after about 1 minute of running. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance. You Rock!

It could be the actuator on the transfer case itself. Do you have any codes stored?
Here are the codes that were recorded from O'reilly's scan tool-
