2016 Hyundai Sonata se
Intermittent no crank with one click and dimming dash lights when key is turned. Replaced battery which said it was bad when tested. Problem still exists. What is my next step? Relay or starter?

When the problem happens hit the starter with a a big stick. If it temporarily works the starter is bad.
