Hi scotty! I have a 2007 honda civic. Have a problem with the drivers side low beam headlight, put in a new bulb that didnt fix it. New fuses and they have continuity.  I checked and have no power at the connector for the bulb , could it be a wiring issue? Ground issue? Thanks in advance have a blessed day

Grab a test light and check for power on both test tabs of Fuse 17 in the interior fuse box (MICU) with the low beams turned on. If there's power on both tabs pull out the fuse and inspect the sockets for corrosion or heat damage

Checked the fuse it is good, checked the hot purple wire before the connector for the bulb with the headlights on and have no power to it. Uh oh

Since you have power on both test tabs of Fuse 17 but no power at the left low beam wiring connector you'll have to decide how you're going to troubleshoot this
.
Are you going to work your way back from the headlight to the fuse box or start at the fuse box and work your way forward to the headlight?
.
On the 8th Generation Civic the Left side low beam power output from Fuse 17 is on the fuse box "G" connector, Pin 17
.

.

.
There will be only 1 Purple wire on connector "G"
.
You could use a T pin to pierce that wire, turn on the low beams, and use a test light to see if there's power coming out of the fuse box on the Purple wire (through Pin 17)

Will give that a shot thank you!

Figured out the headlight problem. There's something going on with the wire from the connector to the fuse block so I cut the wire coming into the fuse block used the fuse side of the wire ran a hot from that to the headlight connector and it works fine, will fix it up top notch tomorrow thanks for the help!

Checked the fuse it is good, checked the hot purple wire before the connector for the bulb with the headlights on and have no power to it.

so if you have 12V at the fuse, but not at the end of the purple wire, then the purple wire is broken somewhere, right?

That's correct, just bought this car so taking it one day at a time here lol
