My 2015 Porsche Macan S calls for the spark plugs to be changed every 30,000 miles. These must not be Iridium plugs that Porsche uses. Can I switch to Iridium plugs or will this somehow cause problems?
Thank you!

Use whatever Porsche tells you to use, and change them when they say to.

These folks might be of greatest help: https://www.macanforum.com/threads/diy-spark-plugs.121049/
If I read the Macan Forum post correctly, these are the suggested plugs, on that site:
__
Plugs:
Porsche Number: 999.170.233.90
Bosch Number: 0242245585 <---- Use this one to search.
Its an iridium plug with an odd electrode connection
