Hi I have a 2008 Nissan Armada with133,250 miles on it it’s automatic with a cold start problem it only starts when it’s 50 degrees and above after a couple of attempts. Other times it just cranks and doesn’t turn over. I replaced the battery, negative cables, fuel pump, spark plugs, air filter, ECM relay and nothing. Please help
Not extremely common but I’ve seen it be the ecm itself. Can be a pain but in a warmer day when the truck starts if you take the ecm out and put it in the freezer or refrigerator for a bit and plug it back in is the easiest way to isolate. If it doesn’t start after you’ve isolated it to the ecm
Pressure test the fuel rail. It might not hold the pressure.
Tuff one for sure. I have issues with my Armada but when I drive it until it's warm. THEN i wont start until I let it set 30-45 minutes. Dealer said it was Cam and Crankshaft sensors but I changed them to no effect. One tube site lead me to check the ground wire feed to them. That's where I'm at. Everyone I've checked with is stumped. I was hoping Scotty or his team could help.
