Hi! I am interested to buy a new IAC valve for my 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser. The Mopar IAC Valve is out of stock so I'm left with 3 brand options: Ultra Power, WVE (those 2 are cheaper) and Standard Motor Products. I am rather inclined to buy the last option since it is more expensive but I'm not sure whether that extra money means extra quality as well.

I would get the SMP part
Buy the part that comes with a limited, lifetime warranty.
SMP parts often come in two grades. They will have the same part number except that the "value" (less expensive) part will end in a "T". On Amazon both grades of parts are often offered, sometimes with very little price difference. The warranty on the "Value" line is usually shorter than their more expensive line. I've purchased SMP parts that have worked well. Amazon often has the best price.
