Should I trade in my Spark for a Fit?

Hello everyone. New to the community. This is my first post!

This is a trade-related question. I have a 2019 Chevy Spark 1LT with 37,000 miles on it. I owe around $6500 on it so I definitely have some positive equity. There’s nothing wrong with the car but I’m just not that thrilled to own it any longer. I love the Honda FIT but couldn’t afford one back when I bought my Spark (I purchased it new). Now I’m thinking about trading in the Spark for a used FIT. I need to stay close to $20K or just below. Really liking the EX trim. Maybe something from 2018-2020. There are plenty out there where I am (Durham, NC). Friends keep asking me: why trade a used car for another used car? I feel like I would be getting a better and more reliable car all-around (assuming the FIT is in good shape). Thoughts? Should I not waste my time with it?

Not sure about the pricing, but I would definitely consider moving on from the Chevy and into a Fit. Projected reliability is much better for the Fit.
