Is there a apple car player with climate controls?

Hi Scotty. I'm asking about my 2000 honda Odyssey with touchscreen control navigation 189,000 miles on it.

I want to put apple car play in it but the touchscreen navigation also controls the ac. Is there an Apple car play radio out there with Ac control? Thanks!
