I just checked the ignition coils on my vehicle and noticed there’s a lot of carbon on the coils and just wondering if there’s anything i can use to clean them up? its a 2006 honda civic with 244,000 kms on it

I assume you mean on the tip contact.
Sure, try a battery terminal brush.

then apply some dielectric grease to prevent it in the future.
