Direct Injection, on most makes direct injection can potentially cause carbon build up on the valves. Honda/Acura supposedly programmed a way to solve that problem. But further research is needed in that.

VCM - Cylinder Deactivation. For longevity, cylinder deactivation is a bad thing. If you do get it, see if you can turn VCM off.

A-Spec - I’d be more concerned if it was a Type-S. Not necessarily for build quality, but drivers usually drive them hard. A-Spec doesn’t seem to attract those kind of drivers, just drivers that want a little more luxury perfirmance, but not utilize it to its max.

V6 - V6 come with timing belt, not timing chains. Timing belt needs changing every 100,000 to 150,000 miles. Check the manual for specifics.

ZF9 transmission - Acura outsourced transmission development to ZF, which are usually good. But the early ZF9 transmissions had problems. I believe they resolved them by 2020, but double check to make sure.

SH-AWD: clever AWD technology. I’d like to try one.

At the right price and if it checks out, it could be a fun car to own.
