Is there any option to return it and demand the money back and get something better?

@g-t Aren’t most used cars sold as is? The user didn’t specify whether a mechanic inspected the car prior to purchase.

@fishingandcarsenthusiast123 regulations about that vary from country to country. It is wise to have it checked by a trusted mechanic before you buy a used car.

That is to be expected when buying a 10-year-old vehicle with well over 100,000 miles on it.

Your main concern really should be the poor-quality Jatco CVT that thing is equipped with. Particularly if not properly maintained it is likely near the end of its life span.
