Jeep 4.7 engine noise

I have a jasper 4.7 in a 02 jeep cherokee.

Lifters ticked so used an engine flush from O'reilly's. Not seafoam. Lifters quieted down but a new noise. intermittent clacking.

Slow clack 4 or 5 times then a tiny break then back on. Will it go away with the new

oil? Slowed down a lot after new oil

Can you post a video of what you're hearing? Is the sound "high" or "low" on the engine?
