Hello, I own a 2016 Jeep Cherokee KL and it’s Wheel Wobbles at 70 MPH & Above. Tires look good, No motion on wheels at 3-9 and 12-6 clock motion, outer tie rod seems to be moving a little on driver side but I was able to tight the bolt and no more moment there. Please provide to our guidance to fix this. Thank you.

Just because you're moving them with your fingers doesn't necessarily mean it's solid tire. Tires go through a lot more stress than your fingers can simulate. Get a tire iron and pull/push from 12 o-clock 6 o-clock, and again from 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock. Use it like a lever and get as far away from the tire as possible. It should stay solid. If it gives under the 12-6, you have bad control arms. If it moves 9-3, you have bad tie rods.

either the tires are faulty (they can fail internally) or unbalanced.

or you need an alignment.

Does the whole car wobble, or just your steering wheel?
