Hey Scotty my friend has a 2019 Jeep Compass (I never would have bought that thing) and it has about 1,000 miles on it. Basically brand new. From the first day he got it, his regular headlights don't turn on. His daytime running lights work fine, and his brights work fine, but his low beams don't shine and never have. This shows Fiat-Chrysler's terrible quality control. What could be wrong as to cause this to happen? The running lights on the back of the car work, and his Guage cluster and infotainment screen darken when he flips the switch to turn low beams on, there is just no lights low beam lights shining.
Check the fuses for the headlights. But if the DRLs and high beams are working then the fuses may be fine. I would laugh so hard if they actually forgot to install the low beam bulbs on the car lol! Check to see if they even installed them first. If they are installed, then have your friend take it back to the dealer...it should be under warranty. This is why I stay away from Fiat/Chrysler.
