Jeep misfire

Scotty... I got a 2007 jeep commander auto transmission with 115k miles on from a used car dealership for a  good deal but a day later the check engine light came on and I took it back to the dealership he says one of the cylinders are misfiring. He said he'd take care of the repair cost but after being " fixed " it came back on and gave the same p0300 code. What should I do?

How good of a deal is it now?  Did you get any kind of warranty?  If not, you are SOL.  It's probably a bad injector, bad coil or just an old, worn out spark plug.
