The engine oil cap won't come off now it did before can someone reach out to me

Read from these links. You're not the first person to experience this:

Bad idea to give your phone number out on a web site, there are a lot of crazies out there! Best to take a step back, take a deep breath, and write up a cogent, detailed description of the problem and when it happens so people here can take a stab at helping you.

Please don’t give out your personal phone number/details on a public forum.

I'd go with checking the motor mounts, first, at 127K. The clean the MAF, the throttle body and make sure that the engine air filter is clean.

How do I do that I don't really trust the mechanics in my town is there a way you can show me ? Or talk me through it

Youtube has a lot of instructional videos showing how to do things on cars. Even if the video is not for your specific vehicle it can give you an idea of how to proceed.

Here's a generic video on checking for bad motor mounts, there are many more on youtube, watch a few until you feel confident of what to look for:

Cleaning the MAF sensor:

However if you are not accustomed to working on cars you can break things and even injure yourself, so it would be wise to obtain assistance, at least have another person around to oversee things and help if you get into trouble.

More specific information needed. Under what conditions does the vibration occur? At idle, or driving In 2WD, 4WD or both? If you don't have a full-time transfer case be aware that you cannot drive in 4WD mode on dry pavement without the drivetrain binding up and possibly being damaged on turns.

It is certainly possible that U-Joints could be involved if the vibration happens while driving, but not if it happens when idling.

Oil changes, spark plugs, filters, etc. are normal maintenance and should be done if you don't know the service history. You can also examine the plugs for potential problems like too rich mixture (plugs carbon fouled). You should also get at least a basic scan tool, or borrow one from a parts store, to check for stored trouble codes.

Those are not the most reliable or long-lived vehicles around but with proper attention to maintenance it might well last for a while yet.

It now smells like burnt oil but idk

It's the oil cap it won't come off I think I have to break it , but it smells burnt and only vibrates when it idles when I drive it's fine

Have you had the oil cap off before? Careful if breaking it off so pieces don't fall into the engine, but it seems to me it should be possible to take if off. If it twists off maybe try a big pair of channel-lock pliers to get leverage on it. Make sure you have a replacement handy before breaking it deliberately or accidentally. Be careful not to damage anything else while trying to get the cap off.

Burned smell might be from an oil leak like valve cover gasket.

Vibration at idle may be engine mounts if the engine itself is idling smoothly, but as others have said check the air filter, check for vacuum leaks, clean MAF. (Even with a smooth idle there is always some vibration and it gets transmitted into the car if engine mounts are shot.)
