I have a 2013 kia forte . The engine went out at 145k . Took it to a shop said you burnt out the starter they put new one in only to find out engine was siezed up didn't crank over . I had a used engine put in 80k miles. It's nov27th now, it was roughly beginning of sept it was put in . There has always been issues with the belt replace alot . It makes a grinding sound only when in drive and ac button has to be on . If the ac button is off its like nothing is happening . What in the hell is this ? I've had the tensioner pully replaced over 5 times with firestone they screwed me . Lucky it was on a credit card . Either way I'm in debt with a car that is garbage and i really believe it contributed to my engine locking up. What causes this ? Please tell me or help me to find out what's going on .
