Whenever the weather gets cold my car does not start until it gets a jump start. We replaced the battery and on warm days this issue never happens.
After a jump start it drives fine and even starts up later, but if left to sit over night it will die. There was a recall for the engine I think and it was replaced in 2019.
Never had this issue before that, all mechanic shops told me there
Check out Scotty's videos on finding parasitic draw. Something is draining your battery. Test the alternator for correct output at idle, about 14.5 volts.
2011? Did you change the battery recently? Is the battery shield in place? I had a 2011 Santa Fe and lost the battery shield when I replaced the battery myself. The shield blew away. Without it the battery gets cooked in the summer and fails once the cold whether comes.
