Hi im looking at a KIA sportage 2012 with 43K miles to buy. All good besides
1. All 4 tires are different brands but the same M+S and SIZE, do i need to buy new identical ones ?
2. When braking abruptly at like 10 Miles an hour i hear a squeek in the rear wheel part.. checked the suspensions - its not that. is it a stabilizer rubber or something ? and does it need to be changed asap ?

- Where are you supposed to have the same tires but if it runs okay and doesn't pull go one way or another as long as it's not all wheel drive that's okay. As for the noise do my video finding the source of car noises Scotty

1. If they are all cheap Chinese tyres, then yes, I would recommend you buy 4 new good quality tyres.
