1996 Toyota Celica GT 2.2 Liter Automatic. There is a knocking noise coming from the engine that seems to be around the block and/or manifold (see video linked below). It goes away after the car warms up. What is it and should I be worried?

Sounds like normal mechanical lifters to me. Might need lifters adjusted.
