15 Sonic Auto 1.8L (75k miles) over last 18 months kicked P0116P - changed ECT sensor, P0304P - changed coils, plugs, P0303P P0004, Blinking CEL. Dealership wouldn’t reprogram PCM, told me P004 invalid code - cleaned throttle body & flushed injectors. Most recently battery light comes on, or stalls when in park. Replaced alternator (battery ~1 yr old), still occasional battery light flashes on (when idling in park or position 1) P0131, P0137P, P0700P, P0401P - changed upstream O2 sensor, Valve Cover, still having issues.

first thing I would do is have your battery+alternator load tested. If those don't work properly, nothing else will.
Understood. Initially when I was about a month past having my alternator replaced (which felt like a red herring to me), issues persisted, I brought it back to the shop and they hooked it up to a monitor and it was giving out ~14V (if I’m recalling correctly) and they said it was in range so not qualified for a second replacement unit but it’s something I’ll have them check next time I have an issue which may just be next time I drive the thing.
Well sad but true the sonics are rolling piles of garbage. But if you're near Portsmouth Rhode Island I check them out free and I'd be happy to analyze it with my $5,000 scan tool and try to figure out what the hell is going on with it. You're stuck with a stupid thing so you want to fix it. But for everyone else here, don't ever buy one of those things.
I wish! In Philadelphia so a good 5 hours away. Thanks for getting back to me; figured I’d throw a prayer out there in case there were any context clues. Congrats on your milestone.
Following up here, got a BlueDriver scanner recently and ran a quick scan on it (no road test with Live Data as-of-yet), and it kicked these codes:
B1405 ‘Device Voltage Reference Output #2 Circuit Malfunction’
B1517 ‘Low Battery Warning'
B1529 ‘Control Module Voltage Reference Output #5 Circuit’
B2645 ‘Ambient Light Sensor Circuit Malfunction’
B3205 ‘L/F Driver Window Motor Circuit Malfunction’
B3883 ‘License Plate Light Bulb/Wiring Harness’
B101D ‘Dead Battery Event’
U0121 ‘Lost Communication with ABS Control Module’
P0621 ‘Generator Lamp/L Terminal Circuit’

Sounds like something squirrelly with the module(s), a mechanic once told me my hesitation issues were PCM related (which the went in one of the dealers ear and out the other yet they still charged me for a baseless 2-hour diagnostic fee), but all of the above seem to point more towards BCM (uneducated dot connecting).
