My 2003 Lexus has a ticking sound there are no codes and the car has 200,000 miles I think it might be the the lifters I don’t know if I should worry and should I get it fixed.

It'll probably run just fine with a small tick for another 200k miles. No need to worry it is normal wear.

I am suspecting , i could be valve spacing , i am saying because your car is 2003 and with so many miles it could be the problem
Now i don’t know history where the car is serviced , but i was reading my cars service schedule , as per lexus on every schedules maintenance they need to check valve spacing(audibly) so get that checked. Do not think it will be expensive

Then absolutely take it to a dealer and see what they think. Dont agree to any service that isn't necessary and at least act like you know what your talking about and they will usually treat you well.
